At Hogetsu Vietnam, we are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery (Oxy Gas, Plasma, Fiber laser cutting machine) that is consistent with our headquarters in Osaka and Kyoto branch, Japan.
The process is standardized from trial production in Japan to training, processing, and quality management for mass production in Vietnam.
We constantly update, exchange information, new processing methods with the head office to ensure the supply of 100% Japanese quality products as committed.
Reliable materials, Raw materials are always available and flexible
Hogetsu Vietnam’s raw steel all meet JIS standards, are preserved and strictly controlled with full certificates of origin. Reserved raw materials and processed products are managed by code so that they can be traced back to their origin when needed. Available materials include: steel plate SS400, S45C, SM490A. Flatbar steel, shaped steel, round steel about 2.500 tons. In addition to JIS standard steel, we also stock other types of steel and special steel types upon request.
